Shipping Policy

Where we ship, and how long it takes

Thank you for shopping at Chud Store. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping locations

We currently ship to customers in Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, and the Netherlands.

2. Processing vs. shipping time

Because we work directly with suppliers to bring you the best prices, your order goes through two phases before it arrives:

  • Processing time. All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • Shipping & transit time. Once processed, transit times vary by destination. Estimated delivery time is 15 to 30 business days.

Total estimated delivery time is processing time plus transit time. Due to the nature of dropshipping, items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

3. Shipping rates

We offer straightforward, transparent shipping rates:

  • Free shipping on orders over €40.
  • A flat rate of €4.99 on orders under €40.

4. Tracking information

Once your order has shipped, you can request tracking information at any time by emailing garbuttrhys130@tutamail.com, and we'll share the latest carrier tracking details we have.

5. Customs, duties, and taxes

Chud Store is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees applied to your order upon arrival in your country. Any such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Delayed or lost packages

If your order is significantly delayed, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at garbuttrhys130@tutamail.com as soon as possible and we'll investigate with the carrier.

We're unable to issue refunds for "item not received" claims where the carrier's official tracking status shows the order as successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

7. Incorrect addresses

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
